Admiral Store — Return & Refund Policy


Overview

At Admiral Store, we stand behind the quality of every piece we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Return Window

You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 5 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In the same condition you received it
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage
  • Items returned after the 5-day window

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at sales@admiralstoree.com within 5 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
  4. Ship the item back to our address in Alexandria

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability. Contact us within 5 days of delivery to request an exchange.
